1. General Terms

• XtraGamer is a subscription-based entertainment service providing games and game-related news.
• The service is intended for XL/AXIS customers and is accessed through the operator networks that partner with XtraGamer.
• Subscribers are responsible for ensuring their device and data connection support the service.

2. How to Subscribe

• 3-Day Package: type REG XGAME3 and send an SMS to 99669.
• The 3-Day Package is charged at Rp 3,300.
• The subscription fee is deducted directly from the credit balance of the registered number.
• Registration succeeds only if your credit balance is sufficient.

3. Automatic Renewal

• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, provided your credit balance is sufficient and you have not unsubscribed.
• The renewal fee is the same as the price of the package you are subscribed to.
• If your subscription period ends and is not renewed, access to the content stops and you will need to register again.

4. How to Unsubscribe

• To unsubscribe, type UNREG XGAME3 and send an SMS to 99669.
• You will receive an SMS confirming that the service has been stopped.
• After unsubscribing, access to premium content is disabled at the end of the subscription period currently running.

5. Account and Security

• Access to the service is tied to the registered mobile number (MSISDN).
• Any access token or link sent to you is personal and must not be shared with others.
• All activity carried out through your number and token is your responsibility as the owner of that number.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

• All content on this service, including games, images, text, logos, and software, is protected by copyright and belongs to XtraGamer or its licensors.
• Content may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• Copying, modifying, distributing, or reselling the content without written permission is prohibited.

7. Prohibited Use

• Using software, scripts, or any other means to manipulate scores, leaderboard rankings, or the service systems is prohibited.
• Any action that disrupts the security or proper operation of the service is prohibited.
• XtraGamer may suspend access and invalidate scores for breaches of these terms without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The service is provided as is. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee that it will be free from interruption or error.
• We are not liable for losses arising from operator network problems, subscriber devices, or other matters outside our control.
• Data charges for accessing the service follow your operator's own rates and are separate from the subscription fee.
